Through them I channel the most beautiful, deep healing energy. It is your energy, mine and universal energy, because we are all connected. The energy that produces growth in nature, runs through us too. In homeopathy we call it ‘the vital force’, in Reiki practice it is called ‘reiki’ - universal life force. This energy is a powerful, restorative, healing tool to bring health and balance in our physical, emotional and spiritual beings.

I use reiki daily as a self-healing practice and I also offer it here as a way of returning the body to a balanced state. Whether you are suffering from physical complaints or emotional blockages reiki will be a supportive practice for you.

My reiki offerings are 1hr long and can be done in combination with mainstream medication and other alternative practices. During the sessions, I use the chakra and meridian systems to guide me through your energetic body and I also use sound and crystals when and if needed.
